Starter lookups

recommended

Load the recommended starter sets so you don't have to build everything from scratch. Adds Item categories (Sinks, Brackets, Faucets…), Labor kinds (Edges, Cutouts, Fabrication…), Suppliers, and Material types. Anything already in your account is left untouched — you can re-run later.

Currency & language drive quote PDFs and the admin UI. Timezone is used for any date/time displayed to your team.

Quote settings

Sales-tax % applies to every quote. The disclaimer prints at the bottom of every saved-as-PDF quote.

Email settings

Used to email the customer the quote acceptance link and to send acceptance receipts / notifications. Get these values from your email provider (Gmail / Postmark / SES / your domain host).

These fields are managed by billing flows, not editable here.

Examples: Home Depot, Sub-Contractor, Premium. Each account you add later will pick one of these as its rate tier.

Users · people in your company, their role and which modules they can access.

Roles: admin — full access including this Users tab and company settings. sales — create / edit / share quotes; manage customers; no catalog/settings. viewer — read-only. production — fabrication workflow (no editing).
Modules: which tools the user can open at all. Removing all modules locks the user out entirely.

Roles & permissions

Each user is assigned ONE role. The cells below define what that role can do across the system. Editor = full create / edit / delete. Viewer = read-only. None = no access at all. Admin is locked at full access. System roles (Manager / Sales / Production) can be edited but not deleted.
